Matt Sadler spent 30 years as a Corporate Executive in finance for companies including Fidelity, Charles Schwab and others. Then in mid life he made an unexpected career transition into full-time ministry.
Today Matt oversees operations for a multi-site church based in New York City with locations in New York, San Francisco, St. Pete, Eswatini (formerly Swaziland), and launching soon in London.
In this episode Matt talks about leading well in business and ministry, the importance of vision, and how an unexpected career change in his early 50's opened the door to greater meaning and purpose.
