This episode features an interview with Claudia Chan who is an author, speaker, entrepreneur and Founder of S.H.E. Summit. The S.H.E. Summit is an annual conference in New York City that celebrates and accelerates inclusive equality by connecting, educating and activating talent in the global workplace. She is also the leader of  S.H.E. Globl Media, a corporate platform helping Fortune 1000 companies by providing strategic and operational tools to empower and activate ALL employees in creating permanent culture change.

Claudia has been called the “Richard Branson of Women’s Empowerment” by Fast Company and she was named named one of 2017’s “20 Most Influential Moms” by Family Circle. In 2015, Claudia became an official U.S. State Department Speaker and has visited countries like South Korea for countrywide speaking tours to educate women on how to empower themselves and others in their communities.

Claudia is also the author of This Is How We Rise: Reach Your Highest Potential, Empower Women, Lead Change in the World.

In this episode Claudia talks about growing up in New York City as the daughter of Chinese immigrant parents, how she went from running a women’s entertainment company in the era of Sex and the City to leading a movement for women’s empowerment in the era of the #MeToo movement, and how accepting Christ in her thirties changed her perspective on leaderships and success.
